Mayor Gina Leichty appreciates invitations to connect with residents, businesses, and community partners. Use this page to request the Mayor to attend or speak at your event. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. The Mayor’s Office will review each request and follow up.

What to expect

• Submit the online form with event and contact details.
• The Mayor’s Office will review your request and checks the Mayor’s schedule.
• A staff member will contact you to confirm availability or request more information.
• If confirmed, we will coordinate arrival time, remarks, and any special instructions.

Day-of guidelines

• Please assign a point of contact to greet the Mayor upon arrival and provide a quick overview of the event.
• If media will be in attendance, let us know in advance so we can prepare remarks and timing.
• Share any accessibility needs or accommodations for the venue and stage.
