Neighborhood Association Meetings

An annual meeting is usually held on the second Monday of April at 7:00 pm, now being held at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. Here, association members can volunteer to run for the board. When volunteers do not emerge, association members are then approached individually and asked if they would serve.
