SPECIAL NOTICE: City Court, Clerk’s Office and Probation Have Moved to Historic Courthouse
Goshen City Court, Goshen City Probation and the Goshen City Clerk’s Office have permanently relocated to the Historic Elkhart County Courthouse, 101 N. Main St., Suite 105, in downtown Goshen.
Public access is available through the north entrance facing Clinton Street. Court, Clerk’s Office and Probation services are located in the southern portion of the courthouse’s lower level. ADA-accessible entry is available at the north entrance, and elevators provide access to all public areas within the building.

Goshen City Court accepts credit or debit payments online at mycase.in.gov. Search by name or case number. Select “Make a Payment” to process. Payments apply automatically to the case.
Money Orders
Mail money orders to Goshen City Court, 101 N. Main St., Suite 105, Goshen, IN 46528, or bring money orders directly to the City Court Clerk’s office during business hours.
Cash
Bring cash in person to the City Court Clerk’s office during business hours.
When is City Court in session?
Goshen City Court is typically in session Monday and Thursday mornings beginning at 8:30 a.m. Traffic Court is held at Goshen City Court on the third Wednesday of each month. Hours vary depending on case loads.
