GOSHEN, Ind. — The City of Goshen joined more than 120 entries from across Elkhart County in the Elkhart County 4-H Fair Parade on Sunday. Thousands of spectators lined the three-mile route as the annual tradition celebrated this year’s theme, “Driven by Purpose, Powered by Community.”
Mayor Gina Leichty, members of the City’s Kids Council, Youth Advisors and City staff proudly represented Goshen in one of the county’s largest annual community celebrations. Sponsored by the Goshen Noon Kiwanis Club for more than 40 years, the parade officially welcomed fairgoers to the 2026 Elkhart County 4-H Fair.
The Fair kicked off Friday, July 24 and runs through Saturday, Aug. 1.
The City also thanks colleagues from the Goshen Police Department, Goshen Fire Department, Buildings & Grounds Division and Streets Department for helping make the parade a success. Their work throughout the parade route helped keep participants and spectators safe while ensuring the event ran smoothly from start to finish.
