The Goshen Engineering Department plans, designs, and manages public infrastructure that helps keep the city moving and supports its growth. Under the leadership of Director of Public Works and Utilities Dustin Sailor, the department oversees transportation systems, water and sewer infrastructure, traffic control, stormwater management, and construction standards throughout the city.

Goshen engineers lead major projects that help shape the city’s future. Recent work includes reconstructing Tenth Street, expanding trails, improving stormwater systems, and bridge replacements. The department also plays a key role in protecting water quality, maintaining right-of-way standards, and promoting traffic safety.

Through thoughtful design and long-term planning, the Engineering Department works to improve infrastructure, enhance safety, and support quality of life for everyone in Goshen.
