Halloweentown: Goshen October events pack calendar with tricks and treats
GOSHEN, Ind. — Goshen October events pack the final days of the month with costumes, candy and several ways to celebrate.
Families can start the fun Saturday, Oct. 24, with Trunk or Treat at Shanklin Park sponsored by Goshen Parks & Recreation. The event runs from 3 to 6 p.m.
In cooperation with the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, Downtown businesses will welcome trick-or-treaters from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30.
City Hall and the Mayor’s Office will also welcome trick-or-treaters that afternoon from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Goshen October events culminate with citywide trick-or-treating
Goshen’s traditional citywide trick-or-treat hours are 5 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.
Residents who plan to participate can turn on their porch lights to welcome trick-or-treaters.
Whether celebrating downtown or around the neighborhood, families should watch for traffic and stay visible while walking.
