GOSHEN, Ind. — Lincoln Avenue Phase II closure remains in effect on East Lincoln Avenue, with a signed detour guiding traffic around the work zone.
The closure began March 16 and will continue through June 19 as crews complete underground utility work and reconstruct the roadway.
Lincoln Avenue Phase II closure details
Crews are advancing the next phase of the Lincoln Avenue and Steury Avenue reconstruction and drainage improvements project. The project replaces water mains, installs new sanitary and stormwater infrastructure, upgrades sidewalks and fully reconstructs the roadway.
Mail service continues during the closure. The contractor has set a temporary mailbox bank at a designated location within the project area. Residential trash service continues. The contractor moves carts to a central collection point on pickup days. Businesses maintain access for regular trash service.
