The Goshen Utility Business Office walk-up counter (203 South 5th Street) is open to the public during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Goshen Water & Sewer Utilities Billing Office has several easy ways to make your monthly Water & Sewer payments!
Office Payments
We gladly take payments at our counter. You can pay with cash, check, money order, or debit/credit cards. A 2.5% convenience fee will be added to any transactions using a debit/ credit card.
24-hour Payment Drop Box
For your convenience, the Water & Sewer Utilities Billing Office has a 24-hour payment drop box. It is located just south of the Utilities office in the alley behind the Police Department.
PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH IN THIS BOX. When paying by cash please go into the office during business hours.
Payments in the box before 8 a.m. Monday through Friday will be posted the same day.
EZ Pay Program
By completing a simple application, residents can have their monthly water/sewer bill automatically deducted from their checking or savings account. To receive an application, call 533-9399 or pick up one when visiting the Utility Office, 203 S. 5th St. There is no charge for this service.
NEW: e-billing and payments service
The City of Goshen has a new electric billing and payment service with Invoice Cloud. Utility customers can now create accounts, enroll in auto pay, schedule payments and go paperless. Click on the link below to register:
