GOSHEN, Ind. — The Chicago Avenue road closure begins June 8 as crews replace galvanized water service lines as part of the City’s North Goshen Service Line Replacement and Utility Improvements project.
Niblock Excavating will close Chicago Avenue between Pike Street/U.S. 33 and Indiana Avenue through July 2, weather permitting.
Chicago Avenue Road Closure Details
Crews will implement a rolling full closure as work progresses from Pike Street to Indiana Avenue. The road will remain closed to through traffic during construction.
Drivers should follow posted traffic control devices and allow extra travel time. Local access will be maintained as conditions permit.
