Report a Stormwater Issue

IMPORTANT: For emergency spills that are large, hazardous, or may enter a waterway, immediately contact Elkhart County Emergency Dispatch
at 9-1-1. Emergency responders will determine whether the Elkhart County Health Department and/or the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) should be contacted.

Use the form below to report non-emergency stormwater issues to the City of Goshen Stormwater Department, including spills or discharges, pollutants entering the stormwater system, blocked stormwater inlets, flooded roads and other drainage problems.

If you are reporting a potential emergency chemical spill or a spill that is large, hazardous or may enter a waterway, call 9-1-1 immediately.
